Seasonal Bouquet Subscriptions
This year we have 3 different Bouquet Subscription options!
Simply choose:
Which variety of flowers you’d like (Spring Peonies, Summer Annuals or Fall Dahlias)

Whether you’d like a full season of flowers or half season. (4 weeks or 8 weeks)
Looking for something that will make your home feel fresh and vibrant? Or maybe you know someone who just had a baby or needs a little pick me up? Whatever the reason may be, whether for you or someone you’re thinking of our weekly flower subscriptions will always be a good choice. Grown with love and care right here on our small family farm in Rockford.
What’s included:
Select from 4 or 8 weeks of fresh-cut, hand grown, specialty flowers starting in August.
1 bouquet weekly that comes wrapped in paper and ready for your favorite vase
Each bouquet will contain a mix of everything that is blooming on the farm that week! Watch the seasons change through your bouquet.
Flowers you may see include: Dahlias, Lisianthus, Sunflowers, Zinnias, Eucalyptus, Asters, Strawflower, Statice, Cosmos, Gomphrena and more!
Pick-up at our farm in Rockford, MI.
Subscriptions typically begin the first part of August, but can vary slightly based on weather and flower bloom times. Email updates will be sent throughout the season so be sure you’re signed up!

Hey, I’m Brooke!
I love growing things, being outside and really good food. My husband Matthias and I have 2 little girls, 2 yellow labs, 3 goats and a bunch of chickens that run around our 10 acres in Rockford, MI and we simply adore this way of life. We believe strongly in doing life together, we love inviting people in and are really excited for the opportunities to connect with our community and offer something truly unique and beautiful through Tailwater farm. We can’t wait to share all the pretty things we grow and hopefully meet you this season!
In December 2025 we packed up everything and moved from Pierson, MI to Rockford, MI. We’re rebuilding from the ground up and I hope you’ll follow along with us!
