Hey guys, we moved!! 🏡

In December we packed up everything and moved from 2 acres in Pierson to 9 acres with 3 goats in Rockford! Yup, that’s right. Our new house came with 3 goats 😆

We’ve been busy using every nice day to prep 3 new

Our indoor, seed starting specialist, Mango, takes his job of getting into things, digging in vermiculite and taking naps very seriously.
Is this a requirement for flower farming? Probably not, but he is pretty cute!

There’s no shame in getting flowers from where you can, when you can!
Do I prefer local flowers? Of course! I wouldn’t be doing what I do if I didn’t!
But I just couldn’t wait any longer and these Meijer tulips were calling

Snipped some cosmos tonight to put in the dehydrator. I’ll only use the petals from these ones which is perfect for any stems that are wonky or too short to be used for bouquets. Plus, the orange petals make the prettiest flower confetti 🎉

I’ve begun drying more and more flowers. Wreaths, flower crowns and dried petals are all on deck for this fall 🍂🌻
